2015 fall Band Camp

All members living in the dorms during the 2014 – 2015 school year may move into your assigned room beginning on Saturday August 15th, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm.  Saturday move-in is preferred.  If Sunday is your only option, special arrangements may be needed with myself and our housing director.  Please inform me of your estimated arrival day and time in advance and I will assist with the arrangements.

Meals during the camp will be provided in the cafeteria for ALL members and not just those living in dorms.  If you are on a meal plan, it will begin Friday Aug 21st.

For this Camp, as well as all rehearsals:

  •  Wear appropriate clothing suitable for both indoors and outdoors.

  • Tennis shoes and socks are required for everyone (even pit members) no flip-flops or sandals, etc.

  • I would suggest everyone getting your own water cooler, as we will be rehearsing more outdoors this year.

  • Please bring all music you have either downloaded or received in the mail.

  • Flip folders, lyres and nail bags will be issued on the first day of camp, which you must bring to all rehearsals.

  • Emergency contact forms are optional. If you have any medical issues, it is best that you turn one in at the beginning of camp.  We need a  Code of Conduct form from everyone on the first day of camp. It was included in the mailing. Please fill out prior to camp.  Copies of these are also available at the bottom of this page.

August 16th,        Drumline and Pit percussion       1:00 – 5:00 pm pm.    All members to report at 1:00 pm - MTC (Musco Technology Center).

August 17th – 21st,         Full Band and guard        9:00 am – 12:00 noon, 1:30 – 5:00 pm, 6:30 – 8:00 pm.  All members to report on Aug 17th at 8:30 am - MTC (Musco Technology Center).
